Typical Produce of the area

The province of Savona has three very good specialties: wheat farinata where chickpea flour is replaced by wheat flour, dry focaccia and chinotto. Other typical dishes to taste in our area are trofie with pesto, stuffed or fried anchovies, octopus with potatoes or with fried panissa, brandacujn: an appetizer based on stockfish creamed with potatoes to be enjoyed spread on croutons of toasted bread. Also, the torta verde, the Ligurian rabbit, the pansotticon boragine and the baci of Alassio.
